Refund & Return Policy – KIKXO
At KIKXO, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We make sure every pair is carefully checked before shipping. However, if you face any issues, please read our refund & return policy below:
Eligibility for Refunds/Returns
- You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order
- The product must be in the same condition as delivered (unused, unworn, and with all tags/packaging intact).
- Refunds/returns are not accepted if the product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Wrong shoe size ordered by the customer.
- Minor differences in color/appearance due to lighting or display.
- Items bought on sale/discount are not eligible for refund, only exchange (if available).
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval/rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any in special cases) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchange is possible if the requested size/product is available in stock.
- If not, you may choose a refund or store credit.
